The Sites/Land Manager will be required to ensure the timely regularization of title to all lands being used for the programme, including lands to be acquired, lands already in use for community centres and lands in dispute.
The incumbent will be expected to provide support to the Director, Policy, Research and Planning in formulating policies and programmes with respect to the mandate of the Ministry of Sport and Community Development.
The incumbent will provide technical support and advice to the Ministry of Sport and Community Development on matters related to various sporting disciplines, sport development in general, Anti-Doping inSport and other related matters.

The incumbent will be responsible for providing community based mediation services to individuals, families and groups within applicable legislation in order to encourage and support peace conflict management in families, communities and organisations.
This position is vital to the operations of each Community Mediation Centre and the Community Mediation Programme in general. The incumbent facilitates the mediation process by advising clients presenting at the centre on available services of the Agency or other agencies to treat with the concerns and needs of the client as they are assessed by the Coordinator.
The incumbent will be required to manage the day to day affairs of the Mediation Centre and its sub centres in the provision of mediation services. The incumbent is also expected to implement the policy of the Community Mediation Programme and ensure that the operations of the Main and sub centres within the region are successful.
