The Human Resources Assistant II (Industrial Relations, Compensation and Benefits Administration) is responsible for supporting the organization in achieving their targets/goals in respect to Leave and the Group Health Plan.

The Human Resource Assistant I is responsible for performing routine clerical tasks in keeping with well-
established procedures related to Human Resources Policies and Procedures.

The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and technical support on employee matters and is expected to operate both independently and interdependently as required.

The House Officer is responsible for diagnosing and administering general medical treatment to patients in a hospital or through extension services at a clinic, school or clinic mobile or other designated place.

The Hospitality/Office Assistant is responsible for writing requisitions for the purpose of ordering supplies e.g. stationery, kitchen stock etc.

The Hospital Attendant II is responsible for performing a variety of functions in the hospital relating to the non-professional care of patients and supervises a small group of employees engaged in similar duties. Work involves giving directions to subordinates and monitoring their work activities.

The Hospital Attendant I is responsible for performing a variety of routine tasks at the Sangre Grande Hospital/health centre/clinic in the non-professional care of patients, which entails the performance of general custodial duties.

The Health, Safety & Environment Technician assist in the prevention of harm to workers, property, the environment, and the general public.

The Health Information Technician II is responsible for working with the Head of Department to ensure that proper medical record practices are maintained and that the Department’s health care information system facilitate the capturing and collating of data to provide information that is meaningful, accurate and timely.

The Health Information Technician I receives, edits and codes statistical returns following standard statistical procedures in the preparation of statistical data for planning and evaluation of health services.
