The Driver/Messenger is responsible for driving a vehicle for transport of persons and/or materials. Work occasionally involves the performance of manual tasks such as assisting in the loading or unloading of tools and/or supplies and the keeping of simple records.

The Domestic Supervisor is responsible for supervising a small group of subordinates engaged in cleaning and other light custodial work and plans. He/She allocates and checks work of subordinates through inspections and general observations.

The District Nurse is responsible for managing the Health Centre Clinics, identifying the health needs of clients and making appropriate interventions; ensuring that there is continuity of care as required.

The District Health Visitor will be responsible for performing advanced community health nursing activities in an assigned district.

The Disaster Management Officer is responsible for strengthening disaster management efforts within the Authority to ensure health care services continuity in times of emergency and disaster.

The Dietitian is responsible for assisting the Senior Dietitian in organizing and directing the Nutrition and Dietetics Department at the Sangre Grande Hospital. Work involves budgetary control, menu planning, monitoring and setting quality control standard for food preparation and the supervision and guidance of subordinate staff engaged in all aspects of dietetics through inspections, reports and general observations.

The Dietetic Technician is responsible for ensuring that clients receive quality care through comprehensive assessment of the clients (inpatient and outpatient) dietary needs.

The Dialysis Technician is required to perform hemodialysis at the highest levels. He/She is also required to adhere to hospital policies and protocols.

The Diabetes Nurse Educator is responsible for providing health information on Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension to individuals living with both conditions with the aim of assisting them to manage their conditions, thereby reducing complications.

The Dentist I is responsible for performing dental work at a professional level at schools, hospitals or clinics to which he/she is assigned. Work involves Oral Health Promotion and Oral Disease Prevention activities including the examination, treatment and complete dental care of persons suffering from dental defects.
