My career in the Public Service started over 18 years ago. Now, at the Ministry of Public Administration, with a Master's Degree in Management Studies, I specialize in Policy Development, Human Resources Management, and utilizing research to tackle challenges in the Public Service. One of my most notable roles was at the Ministry of Health, where I served as a Health Sector HR Planning Officer. There, I contributed to Service Improvement initiatives and worked on Staff Retention proposals.
Currently, as a Senior Research and Development Specialist, I lead research projects focused on Public Service modernization. This involves collaborating across teams, managing projects, and driving change through data-driven insights.
