To develop and implement a coherent monitoring and evaluation plan and system to track the performance, effectiveness and impact of the Health Sector HIV/AIDS response.
The incumbent has responsibility for a specialized work including supervisory responsibilities in the field of Drug Demand Reduction with emphasis on the formulation and implementation of Social Programmes/projects in the area of Drug Demand
Reduction.
