The incumbent would be required to assist in managing the provision of facilities management services at all facilities within the Authority ensuring regulatory compliance and a safe and functional work environment for employees and clients.

The Executive Secretary is responsible for providing support services to the Chief Executive Officer for the execution of his/her responsibilities.

The Executive Driver is responsible for driving an assigned vehicle for transport of the Chief Executive Officer and his/her duties occasionally involves the performance of manual tasks such as assisting in the loading or unloading of tools and/or supplies and the keeping of simple records.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the Chief Executive Officer and coordinates the office management duties at the Head Office.

The Epidemiologist (Non-Medical) is required to collate, analyze and input data relevant to disease surveillance and control throughout the region.

The Engineering Assistant is responsible for provision of assistance to the Manager-Projects in the supervision of the design and construction supervision of consultants and contractors assigned to all major capital projects of the Eastern Regional Health Authority.

The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) provides EMT-B Support (Basic Life Support) to victims of illness/injury, per established standards of care and in accordance to instructions given by a senior Clinical Practitioner. The

The Electrocardiograph Technician administers tests by operating Electrocardiograph (single or multi-channel recording equipment) to record various leads reflecting the electrical currents emanating from the heart muscle; prepares patients for testing.

The Driver/Messenger is responsible for driving a vehicle for transport of persons and/or materials. Work occasionally involves the performance of manual tasks such as assisting in the loading or unloading of tools and/or supplies and the keeping of simple records.

The Domestic Supervisor is responsible for supervising a small group of subordinates engaged in cleaning and other light custodial work and plans. He/She allocates and checks work of subordinates through inspections and general observations.
