The Registrar (Urology) is responsible for diagnosing and administering general medical and Urology treatment to patients in a hospital or through extension services at a Clinic or other designated area.

The Registrar (General Surgery) is responsible for diagnosing and administering general medical treatment to patients in a hospital or through extension services at a Clinic or other designated area.

The Registrar (Radiology) is responsible for reporting on diagnostic imaging examinations performed in hospital or through extension services at a Clinic or other designated area.

The Registrar (Paediatrics) is responsible for diagnosing and administering general medical treatment to patients in a hospital or through extension services at a Clinic or other designated area.

The Registrar (Paediatrics/Neonatal Intensive Care) is responsible for diagnosing and administering general medical treatment to patients in a hospital or through extension services at a Clinic or other designated area.

The Registrar (Otolaryngology) is responsible for diagnosing and administering general medical treatment to patients in a
hospital or through extension services at a Clinic or other designated area. Work may entail performing surgery or assisting in major operations and this employee may work in a specialized area of medicine.

The Registrar (Haematology) is responsible for diagnosing and administering general medical and Haematology treatment to
patients in a hospital or through extension services at a Clinic or other designated area.

The Registrar (Accident and Emergency) is responsible for diagnosing and administering general medical treatment to patients
in a hospital or through extension services at a Clinic or other designated area.

The Registrar (Anaesthesia and Intensive Care) is responsible for the diagnosis, assessment and management of critical care patients in a hospital or Intensive Care Unit. The officer is also responsible for the provision of anaesthesia services in the operating theatre or other designated area.

The Registrar (Ophthalmology) is responsible for diagnosing and administering general medical treatment to patients in a hospital or through extension services at a Clinic or other designated area.
